The  Founder

KPS Tomar is the proprietor of Hiranyagarbh Yogshala LLP and is a well-experienced yoga teacher in India. His aim is to reintroduce yoga discipline with its spiritual values in the modern scenario. He started teaching yoga since 1993 and worked in various organizations in India and abroad. His interest in sciences and spirituality makes his teaching more logical and authentic. Mr. Tomar believes in Chaturanga Philosophy which is his own understanding of Yoga discipline with ancient Indian fragrance which covers nearly every concept of Patanjai Yoga Sutra and the original concept of Hath Yoga.

He conducts workshops, conferences and discourses on yoga and spirituality.

Dr. Naresh Parihar, the Founder and Clinical Director at Himalayan Physiotherapy & Sports Fitness, Dehradun. He has a Master of Physiotherapy in musculoskeletal disorders and has over 13 years of experience providing neurological, paediatric and orthopaedic physiotherapy. He has been a Consultant Physiotherapist at Latika Roy Foundation since 2012 and also as a Head – Fitness Science at Fitness and Sports Alliance ( FSA ).

He is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has extensive experience working with patients who sustained acquired or traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, nerve damage and sports injuries. He has specialized skills of Myofascial Decompression Therapy. His strong desire to provide the best and comprehensive care to all in a positive and encouraging environment led him to dream and conceptualize this wellness center.
